I was from out of town meeting another party to purchase a car. When the car had an unexpected issue Felisha and Jason at Mt view stepped in to help me understand the issue. When I finished the purchase they serviced the car to enable me to get home. I cannot thank them enough.
Matt H. Is the best service consultant that I have experienced in my 40 years of deal with service advisors. He is honest, polite, and always very friendly. He is a great go between, between the auto technicians and the service department. I aways look for him when I bring my car in for service. He always suggests preventative services but never in a pushy way. His customer service makes me comfortable having my car serviced. I wish that there were more like him.
