Great haircut I have been only going to this salon for about 3 years and it has been the only one I have gone to. They always greet me when I walk in and make you feel like home when you are there. I have to admit the place does need some updating but dont let that take away from the fact that you get a good haircut and style. The new owner Karey is in the process of remodeling the shop but as you all know it takes time and money. Dont let this one slip you by if you want to look your best.
Excellent care – I have gone to the doctors at this clinic for over 20 years. The only time I had a complaint was when a new doctor joined them and I chose her. I was 15 minutes early and waited til 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I received my co-pay back and told them I would never use her again. Now, I use one of the nurse practitioners and have never had better care or service with any doctor I have gone to. She even calls me at 7:00 to give me the results of tests. Best Stylist Ever! Jessica T I walked in to this salon for a simple shampoo, cut and blowdry. The salon itself was dingy and dirty, I noticed some mold on the floors, yet stayed anyway. Thank goodness Jessica was my stylist, as she made me comfortable and left me feeling pampered in every way! Not only was the cut perfect, she also styled, and curled my hair at no additional charge. terrible clinic – I have been going to this clinic for 2 years now and the doctors are always in a rush and never have time to fully examine and discuss medical attention to their patients. The receptionists are lazy and unprofessional. three weeks ago i had a scheduled two o' clock appointment however when I arrived there was a sign on the receptionist's window that read "meeting be back in 5" I waited for thirty min... they were thirty minuets late to their own appointment?! >:(
Mountain Air Salon i was referred by a good friend of mine, i was more of a walk-in. i understand they have new owners and the place is well organized, good vibe and friendly stylist had my first haircut from a gal named Jessika. the cut was ok friendly gal but unfortunately she reeks of cigarettes and alcohol, i mean do those things myself but from a customers perspective it is un-professional and unsanitary, especially when she talks about her personal life that are too sensitive even for me. anyways few weeks later came b... read more
Lousy receptionist – My family has been going here for years but our two main doctors have since left. We'll see how the appointments go. I brought my daughter here once and rather than tell me over the phone that she didn't need any new shots, I came in and then got charged $30 for her height and weight when she is %100 covered by the military insurance, Tricare. The receptionist was about as personable as a dishrag over the phone. We'll see how the doctor is.... I really miss Kaiser
Poor Customer Service I have been going to Mt air for over 15 years. After returning after 5 years I discovered there were new owners. I was following my exceptional hair dresser Jessica Tandy. After more than 6 times I have been there the owners daughter who runs the salon has never greeted me, said hello, or even acknowledged me as a customer. SLEAZY CLINIC – Told by a friend this was a great place to get medical attention. The fat girl at the front desk was very unwelcoming. As I was waiting, I overheard the other girls gossiping about the doctor not bringing his wife to the christmas party, how drunk he was and his intentions to spend the night with someone else. I walked out.
Terrible Care – Filed complaint of malpractice to state medical board over Dr. and the nurse too!
