Wow, just wow. As a single parent of 4 kids, finding an office with good caring nurses and doctors are a must.. This office failed that in every single way! The receptionist acts like she's too unhappy with her job or maybe even her life to do it properly. The nurses are quickly in and out just to gossip in the halls for 45 minutes while we wait for the doctor. No major complaints about doctors other than they may want to find a new office to work at that has more mature and professional nurses.
Careful telling this place how you feel, they will ban your children from this office. Removing children when they did nothing wrong is extremely low. I hope parents read reviews and can see this place is horrible. I’m not the first with this kind of review either. The doctors are WONDERFUL but the staff surrounding them are low educated individuals and extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. First Dr. Fouch is great however her staff is not. Specifically the nurses who do the vaccines. We have been coming here for 4 years and never will again. The staff showed no remorse or care when my daughter was terrified of getting her shots. When I called to dicuss is with them they said "This is what we do at 4 years." I do NOT recommend this office. I have 4 children and I’ve never in 6 years of being a mother seen people treat children the way this place has. The doctors are perfect though! First off, the front desk is extremely disrespectful and acts like a teenage girl. The nurse cannot give any medical advice to save her career and I had to contact my child’s old nurse from Ohio to get advice since she gave me none.
