Recommendedthe pools were clean and felt great. the staff was friendly and helpful. beautiful amazing scenery

This is our third time here but first time staying at the resort. Only issue is limited parking at night by the suites.
Stunningly beautiful and relaxing
We got there expecting a 4pm check in, then sat in our car for about 45 mins while we waited for a text when our room was ready. When we got to our room (creekside suites) the door was standing open and only the trash had been taken out. No sheets on the bed, dirty towels on the floor, toothpaste in the sink. We called the front desk who said they were sending housekeeping and told us to enjoy the pools in the meantime. The restaurant served food that was not worth the money they charge. It was awful. We ordered a bottle of champagne & it took until the end of our stay to get! The staff is unfriendly. Otherwise, the room was clean and the views were gorgeous!

Relaxation and beautiful area
Opened with a skeleton crew with the new rules after COVID, we were upgraded to a creekside room, the spring runoff was just what we needed to listen to fall deep asleep. The staff is doing their very best to accommodate their guests. Thank you! The restaurant is beautiful, tall glass windows looking down the valley into the majestic mountains. The serves were on top of things, the food was fresh and delicious. Such a beautiful area and resort with so much to offer. We will return!
