We had a wonderful stay last weekend. What a respite after the spring. We stayed in the Creekside king suite with an almost full kitchen. We were able to prepare our own meals and enjoy them on the balcony while listening to the creek bumble by. It was magical. Yes, there are some limitations right now but honestly, it was wonderful having the Infinity Pool and Adult Pool almost by ourselves for this time of year. The POOLS WERE FOR RESERVATION GUEST,I WAS STANDING IN LINE FOR THE POOL,A GUEST IN FRONT OF ME CANCELED HER 5 PEOPLE,SO I ASKED IF I COULD TAKE ONE OF THERE SPOTS,THE LADY SAID NO,THEY HAVE A WAITING LIST,,NO ONE WAS WAITING,AND IF YOU HAVE TO CALL PEOPLE TO COME DOWN,POOLS ARE EMPTY, BAD BUSINESS,BAD SERVICE,NO MONEY BEING MADE TO SUPPORT YOU BUSINESS,YOU WILL GO UNDER FAST,

What an amazing and relaxing place to enjoy family time! I love how nice and helpful everyone is, staff and guests! There are moments were there are alot of people but you should expect that with any public area and it didnt change the experience and the staff are well equipped to handle it so nothing runs out. I highly recommend for anyone or any plans you may have!
My family and I vacationed here over the summer. We weren’t impressed. The hotel rooms were outdated and over priced. The bath house hot springs were outdated and dirty and the hot springs by the river were closed. The food at the lodge was ridiculously expensive it took us and hour to get our food and it was cold. The closet store is at least a 30 minute drive so make sure if you go to this resort to pack food and get gas the gas was over 6 dollars a gallon.
I will forever remember my last minute trip to this beautiful resort. I met so many nice people! The staff, was exceptional and a lot of the guests I met were return guests. After two days in a cliff side room and a day in the spa for a hot stone massage, I was ready to return to work and real life. What a great getaway that was! ❤️ I will be back, guarantee.
