I purchased TWO year long punch cards for the pools that we had planned to use this month and next month. I understand we cannot use them right now because of COVID19, however, they will not extend my year pass or credit my account to make up for the fact the two pasees will expire before I will even get to use them once, but they will for the 6 month passes. This is not right!
I have been here half a dozen times and have never had a bad thing to say about this place! It is my favorite place in Colorado. I love it and visit every chance I get!
We were here for a destination wedding and could not have had a better experience. Every staff member we encountered was personable and diligent. Everything was beyond our expectations! Can’t wait to visit again someday!
The Somali g pools on the adult side were great, everything was clean and well maintained, and juice bar though expensive was good.

Best experience ever! Our transmission went out on the way to the hot springs and the hotel staff did everything possible to make sure we’d have a relaxing time. A few complimentary drinks and their caring attitude made our troubles seem manageable. We loved the hot springs, the restaurant and the drinks at the bar - drinks made with fresh fruit. We took advantage of the spa and got a facial and body massages. AMAZING! We will be back and will recommend this resort to our friends 10/10
the eucalyptus wet sauna was the best! the cabin was so great, however I really think they need to have a few more hooks for towels, bathing suits, jackets.
