I requested a cabin- something I always request for our anniversary, the man on the phone recommenced a cabin. They had one available. I booked it! Standing in line to check in, there were some ladies in front of me worried that what they had been told (their reserved cabin was now a hotel room) would be their stay:(. The hot springs were amazing! The creek hot pools were my favorite! A night time swim is so wonderful. You can see so many stars and its just breathtaking. Relax and quiet.
Hot spring pools were warm like bath water and then they had the spring you could get into as well. Very nice.
We stayed in one of the large cabins, spent over $500/night for a place with inadequate kitchen, no coffee maker, broken screens, broken shades, seating for 4 (sleeps 10), nothing to clean up with (no broom even), check in was 1-1/2 hours after promised time, 1 tv in living room with none upstairs or in the master bedroom. I expected 5 star accommodations for over $500/night, along with stellar service. We got a broken down cabin and had to ask 4 times, along with two trips to the front desk, to finally get a coffee maker, t... read more
Best resort in Colorado for anyone who likes a sort of hideaway place.
The hot springs were amazing! I enjoyed the Creek and the pools! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!!
