The perfect dental team by far. From simple cleaning (not so simple in their case though, as they are super thorough and careful) to more serious dental work, there are not enough words to describe the excellent quality, high standards and results of Mt. Kind and courteous staff. High quality and perfection oriented care. Good explanation of the plan for the day’s visit and constant monitoring for individual comfort level, throughout visit, which is very helpful for making it a good experience. This comes from an individual who experienced dental trauma as a child. Much gratitude for the improvement in dental practices over the years.
Hands down one of the best offices in the City. They texted yesterday asking if I wanted to come in today instead of waiting later this month. I, of course, said yes.... They are so easy to work with and truly the entire office is so kind and accommodating.
I came in for an emergency cracked tooth. First time patient. Dr. Gosnell and the staff could not have been better. I was greeted as a friend, everything was carefully explained throughout the process, and the whole experience was calm and welcoming from beginning to end. Highly, highly recommended.
The staff here is not only knowledgeable and good at what they do, but very friendly and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. They just add such a personal touch that it makes me want to continue to come here. I always leave amazed by the things that Dr. Gosnell remembers about me and asks about when I come in for my 6 month visit. My crown fell out in mid morning of 9.18.19 and I had a 12:45 pm flight to catch for work. Mt Lookout Dentistry was able to work me in, take absolutely wonderful care of my crown and I was out in 30 minutes. I made my flight. UNBELIEVABLE care, professionalism and service!!!! I just recently switched to this dentistry and so happy with all of the team there! Thank You!
