As always, from the moment I walk into the office everyone is friendly and the experience rolls out from there. With Covid-19 to be aware of these days the precautions that the practice has set up are top notch beginning with the numbered parking spaces for waiting in the car, to being escorted in, to the face mask and shield that Nancy wore while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Bob Bertsch and Melody working in tandem to make my visits a comfortable experience. Always willing to explain a procedure in terms that I can understand, often times with a sense of humor, and sometimes drawings! I have consistently recommended this dental office to others looking for a caring practice, from the ladies at the front desk to the assistants at chair side. Also, they are taking excellent precautions to protect their patients during the pandemic.

I wish all offices could be run this way. First of all, the staff is friendly and empathetic, very helpful with appointments, payments, etc. Second, Dr. Croop and his assistant Diane are experienced, careful, very smart. And lastly, they have re-structured the whole office to adjust to Covid-19 guidelines, even above-and-beyond. I felt so safe and secure.

I was recommended Mt. Lookout Dentistry ~12 years ago after having multiple issues with a filling. They fixed my issue and have been Dentist ever since. I see Dr. Gosnell and the same Dental hygienist every time I go...shout out to Kathy! They do a wonderful job, and take extra care and precaution to do their job safely and efficiently. They will be my family dentist as long as I’m in Cincinnati!

I selected Mt Lookout Dentistry due to its excellent reviews and their convenient location. I was also very impressed by the qualifications and experience of all the dentists there. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and were very efficient in scheduling appointments and dealing with insurance. Kathy, my hygienist, was friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and was both thorough and gentle at cleaning my teeth. Everyone in the office is first class. Dr. Gosnell and the dental hygienists are the most meticulous, conscientious, and professional dental providers I’ve ever seen as a patient. You’d be foolish to go anywhere else if you live in the area. As a medical provider myself, I know top notch Medical/Dental care when I see it, and these guys are the best.

I enjoy going to Mt. Lookout Dentistry every time that I go. Everyone there is very friendly and kind. They do a great job with my teeth and make sure it is gently done. My entire family has switched to go to this dentist office because we all like it here so much. I highly recommend this Dentist office!
