I love, love, love the office and staff. It took me 3 different tries to find my dentistry home but I made it. Thank you ladies for being so awesome sauce!

As always, Dr. Croop and his group were professional with a balance of good cheer during my latest visit. To my great relief in innumerable ways, they have been my only dental group for the past decade, when I first landed in Cincinnati. Thanks again for your expert and thoughtful care!!
The hygienist and dentist were friendly and did their work professionally. I can tell that my teeth are clean. But I did not appreciate them trying to upsell me on 3 services: flouride (which is routinely in city water), a mouth guard (I don’t grind my teeth) and water pick usage. I’ll go back, but next time I’m asking for no upselling.

Appreciate the honesty of Dr Klump in my dental care . She is willing to re visit treatment plan as changes have occurred in my teeth and gums and the original plan may no longer be the best . She is consulting and spent the time explaining what changes have occurred . Everyone in the office is friendly and caring
Broke a front tooth - perfectly repaired in a little more than an hour. Could never tell it was broken. Staff always exceeds my expectation in terms of skills and their friendliness. Great place for those a little hesitant about seeing a dentist.
Unrelated characteristics ( Covid rules) had taken over me (mentally) yesterday ,and I must say that my visit was awesome. The "Tooth Team" definitely showed what fun, a simple visit to the dentist should be, and I encourage everyone to check them out. We laughed , joked and smiled a lot!!!!!!
Mount Lookout Dentistry is best in class in many ways. First, their front office and appointment management is best in class--with the best on-time appointment management in the business! Secondly, I always appreciate Dr. Gosnell's " informative and inclusive patient management style". At each and every visit, Dr. Gosnell shares the process for the day. With updates along the way. Thirdly, the work is outstanding. I just completed the process to have my first dental implant. The work is outstanding and I very pleased.
