I’ve had several teeth pulled over the years so I know what to expect. Dr Banki was horrible! He came at me with the needles and it felt like he was poking my brain (didn’t use numbing solution)! He was abrupt and had a terrible bedside manor.
I started having pain in my front upper gums the beginning of January. I went to my dentist, regular physician and hospital and everyone said they couldn’t find a cause and, therefore, couldn’t help me. I became totally depressed and seriously thought of having all my teeth extracted to try to get rid of the daily pain. I was referred to Dr. Banki and he has worked with me for almost four months. All I can say, I never met a more knowlegable person and so so good in what he does. I have had three implants thus far, and everyone of them went well. I have had such GREAT results because Dr. Paletta is a natural at what he does. I HIGLY recommend him. He is the BEST!!!
I recently went in for a tooth extraction and dental implant procedure and couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Banki is a very compassionate and skilled surgeon with an exceptionally warm personality. The entire staff was incredible. From the front desk to the assistants, everyone was very professional and courteous. I really can't say enough good things about this office.
Dr. Banki was wonderful, and the post-operative staff (Nilda, Jesse & Nicole) were outstanding! My very anxious daughter had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed and was a nervous wreck. Once she was in the procedure room, they went out of their way to comfort her and help her relax. Post-operative they were very attentive and answered every question we had without making us feel rushed. Top notch operation!
