The staff were courteous, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. While waiting to order, I watched an employee step away from the prep area and a a few of the stack wax papers he had taken blew onto the floor. Another staff member (possibly a manager or trainer) picked them up and placed them on the counter near the cash, then instructed another employee to put them back on top of the clean stack. Food's fine. Always. I HATE coming here to complain about this but the older woman that works there needs to retire already. She's hard of hearing, forgetful and slow. She's nice, she really is but she's not good at this job. This is my 3rd time here this week abd every time I order she asks "Do you want toppings?" Like, who DOESN'T want toppings?!?! I asked for it grilled the first day this week and she forgot or didn't hear me, so when I opened it after having already left, I saw it was not grilled. 2nd time, same issue bu... read more
