Cookies look appealing in the display. Sugar cookie is nice and soft but the frosting they use isn’t buttercream - it tastes like chemicals - basically just straight canned sugar frosting. For 4 dollars, I’d expect a little better quality.
Gabriella, Is so rude. Her customer service is horrible! She makes the cookie experience not worth it.
I placed Xmas orders every year for the past 12 years but this year they said I have to do it myself on the website and my Xmas list with all the contact info is no longer available. I've spent at least $4,000 with them but they no longer want to help take an order. Bye Bye Mrs. Fields, you don't want my business anymore! Your cookies are WAY overpriced anyway.
