Their dedication and commitment to treating their patients with compassion and empathy is out of this world. I have had numerous mri due to a spinal cord injury in my past. I recently scheduled an mri here and it was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. Zero compassion for a patient with claustrophobic issues and was treated just like a number. I honestly am not sure how the people that work here still have jobs.
I felt like the MRI machine on Bathgate Rd was perfect for a person who is claustrophibic or anxious. It felt less narrow than the other machines I was in. It was fairly translucent and since the room had windows it let the light come through the top. MRI One is the newest machine. I was offered earplugs with music which I liked better than headphones.
