Same thing happened to me. I don't think this clown is in business anymore.
Horrible experience. It took several calls to get them out to the house for an estimate. During the process the owner Troy sent his team out never dropping in to check on progress. The next day when I pointed out areas where they had missed spots, left scratches, nicked paint and left pieces unfinished he gave me excuses for all of them. Finally he said he would send a team out to fix a few of the minor errors. Months later the errors have still not been fixed and now he wants to charge me to complete the work he never did. ... read more
