Dan and his crew did a real good job. Also, when Dan said they would be here at a certain time, they were prompt with no delays. They did a good job of cleaning up.

Had an amazing experience after calling Mr. Rooter 2 weeks ago. Had a clog in the main line. Cory came out and fixed that issue by using a cutter to cut a root that was growing and had blocked water from flowing in the main sewer line. The next week, I had setup a time for my main sewer line to be replaced after finding out I got Orangeburg pipes. I was highly impressed of the job that Marcus, Andrea and Chris, had done. Thank you guys for getting the job done. Mr. Rooter is a life saver. �
423 dollars + tax is way to expensive for 1 hour work of running the snake down the sewer line 2 times. Tried to call and can not get owners on the line only the Manager. The Manager will not hear you. He is very disrespectful to the customer. My last words to him were I need to talk with the owners. His answer the owners are too busy running a business so good luck with that and he hung up on me. That is really unprofessional and wrong. I was impressed with the customer service on the phone. The girl was friendly and very personable! However, the technician never showed up for my scheduled appointment. It wasn't until we called to find out what was going on that we were told no one could come out after all. I was given an apology, which I really do appreciate, but was disappointed. I feel like my appointment was not nearly as important as someone else's and that there could have been more communication on the company's side. So, in summary, very impressed w... read more
