Thank you for coming in on a Sunday morning so we could have water as soon as possible! Having a water leak during a global pandemic is nothing to joke about. We were limited on the amount of water we could purchase at any stores and had to shut off the water main to the house due to a pin-hole leak. Thank you Mr. Rooter for your professional service and going above and beyond on the weekend!
They have done ALL my work, three different locations. Always on time and dependable. My sewer, my drain cleaning, and even my Full house change out of CPCV, updating to Pex. I recommend them anytime you need plumbing services!
The men were all very polite and friendly. work was done in a timely manner and they were very conscientious of the trees we want to keep. They went over and above to help rake things down after the sewer pipes were installed and ground filled back in. We had TONS rocks and they were even so kind to rake as many as possible and put in our promptu "rock garden"
Nathan Johnson went above and beyond. First rate work, excellent customer service, and really nice. He's a keeper, that guy.
