I just got the classic pretzel with butter and salt, and it was so good! The pretzel was nice and fluffy, the flavours were perfectly balanced, and oh that smell of the pretzel and the shop is amazing! The staff were the kindest too, 100% recommend this place
The server was very polite, but unfortunately the pretzel was very burnt, hard, and bitter.
Every time I’ve tried to order a pretzel I’ve been told they’re not ready yet. If the opening time is 10:00 they should be ready to go at 10:00.
