My biggest issue is hygiene I watched the white lady supervisor go from handling cash to putting on gloves straight to handling raw pretzel and then back to rolling out dough no hands washed in that time. The Indian lady while her customer service is exceptional she also went from handling cash to handling food without washing their hands. Please wash your hands before handling and after handling food. This is how you make people sick and has me questioning their cleanliness standards.

The bites are amazing
I tried the cheese sticks from Mr. Pretzels and they were sooooo goooood! 😍 The pretzel bites were warm, soft, and perfectly baked, and the cheese inside was super tasty. The seasoning on top made them even better. Honestly one of the best snacks I’ve had in a while. I would definitely come back and order them again! 🧀🥨🔥
I just got the classic pretzel with butter and salt, and it was so good! The pretzel was nice and fluffy, the flavours were perfectly balanced, and oh that smell of the pretzel and the shop is amazing! The staff were the kindest too, 100% recommend this place
