The office really looked so amazing, the smell is gone, the dust is lifted and the whole floor looks so brand new. This is just the perfect place to call, thank you again for a job well done.
Not a Home Run – Apparently, our job is the dropped ball. We moved last week and I scheduled Mr Maid to come in to our totally empty house and clean the house for tenancy. They had one shot to do it as I turned over keys the next day and got on a plane the day after that - and Jeff knew that when we scheduled. Awesome Company!! Great Concept!!! – We recently remodeled our house and needed to get the house cleaned up after the remodel. It was a mess. I started searching for several companies to do the clean up when I found Mr. Maid. I was amazed to find one company to handle all of my clean up and in one day. Great Value and Great Service – It was great to find a company who could handle so much work. We recently put my parents house up for sale and Mr. Maid helped us get our house ready. From the moment we contacted them they were very professional. We were able to rely on one company from beginning to end. They arrived on time. Fantastic !!!! – I've been taking care of my mom and recently I became sick. I've gotten really behind on my moms house cleaning and I needed help. I contacted Mr. Maid and they we very professional. Life Saver! Terrific! – We just recently purchased a house and was needing to move in right away due to us having to be out of our other place quickly. We received the keys to our new place on Thursday and had the movers showing up on Saturday. We never expected the house to be in the condition it was left in but it was a wreck. Took far longer than should have – The person my husband spoke to on the phone who gave a quote indicated that it would take two people two hours to clean our house (for four total man-hours). In two hours, the two people only cleaned our kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. One person cleaned the kitchen, and the other the 2.5 bathrooms. Each job is different & requires instruction from the customer.This job had heavy usage.The customer decides how much time & money they want to spend. Services are generally used to do the scrub or grunt work. In business since 1986 and do over 4,000 stops a year; it is rare to get an unsatisfied customer. We guarantee our work.
Promises, promises...not kept. – I hired Mr. Maid to do a "move-out" clean of a rental property that had been left with a stong scent of cat urine in the basement. Mr. Maid, Teri, assured me that the product they use, EnviroCon, would eliminate the animal odor from the basement but warned me that they would have to hook up special equipment to their van in order to perform the service. I was charged $150.00 for the equipment hook up and an additional $400.00 for the "move-out" cleaning and animal scent removal. Unfortunately... read more

This was unfairly stated. Customers decide how much time & money they want to spend. We always have them approve the cleaning at the end of every job. This was a house full of cat owner neglected the unfinished basement where the odor was on cement and dirt. We never guarantee that we could eliminate the odor entirely and only suggested different avenues that we would try such as an enzyme wash on the cement and then spray a decontamination treatment to eliminate odor on the dirt.
