There simply cannot be a better group of men and women working on cars in this city than at Mr. Mac's. I called them this morning at 9:30 to let them know that my mother's car was broken down on the side of the road and they had her car picked up and repaired by 2:30 this afternoon. I’ve actually taken my vehicle there twice, very professional, the place is clean. Both times fixed the issue, and didn’t charge a arm and a leg, will definitely suggest to all my friends. Been looking for a mechanic shop since moving to town years ago, and.... I found one
They have earned my respect and my business moving forward.
They fixed the problem that my car had the first time. They are extremely professional and kind. They are very effective. I dropped it off and drove off with it fixed in 3 days. Also other places were quoting me $350-$400 to fix it and Mr. Mac's charged $75. Very satisfied with their services and staff. I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.
I have used Mr Macs on several occasions and have been well pleased and have referred several friends there, however the last time I took my truck in for an oil change they used the wrong oil. I specifically asked for Quaker State, they used Castrol. When I mentioned it they argued that it was just as good. They said the different oil cannot cause the noises, but it started with the Castrol and ended when the change was made back to Quaker State, go figure. I don't care if they like Castrol better!!!
