This has to be the cleanest, nicest mechanics’ shop I have been in!! The staff is very courteous, professional, & knowledgeable!! They are not satisfied until you understand exactly what is wrong with your car, & what they have to do to fix it!! The price they quoted me at the beginning is exactly what I paid! Will never come here again. Have waited over an hour and the oil for my car is not here
This is the mechanic in Wichita! Had an emergency situation and they completely understood the urgency with my work vehicle. Mr Macs is generously priced for their SUPERIOR VALUE. Had it back out on the road within a day. Highly recommend!!
Took my lowered Dodge Dart I’m for a all wheel alignment. They took there time to make sure they got it at reuse as they could. Feels perfect! I recommend Macs any time for alignments. Expecialy if you have a low car! No scrapes!
My family and I have had nothing but excellent service through Mr. Macs. I always go to them first to see if this is something they take care of before looking elsewhere since I have an Acura and have never been disappointed. Great customer service and always feel like I am taken care of. Before each job they tell me what it's roughly going to cost and a breakdown. Recently I thought I was going to have to replace my break pads because of the sound I was hearing, and called ahead of time got me in first thing today.

Took 2 vehicles for oil change Excellent service, very fast and great price
They clearly seem to make there money off of oil changes. My husband took his truck in to get his breaks fixed awhile ago and for some reason they put a wood block on the bumper and screwed it into the bumper they didn't ask if we were ok with this. Mr. Mac's also wanted to charge us $65 just to check to see what was wrong with out truck, but another mechanic was free. We went to another local mechanics and had a much better time.
