If you want your car clean, don't take it to Mr. Klean because it won't be clean!! I paid a total of $84 for a clean that looks like I paid my 10 years old cousin to clean. My hunsband came home and I was not happy with the service at all. I went back to talk with a manager and all he did was make excuses about everything I pointed out to him. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS CAR WASH!!! Went in for a buff/wax and came home to a indoor door panel that had fallen. Mr. Klean would not take any responsibility even after the worker personally showed me how the panel fell after he wiped it. The manager was “too busy” to see me when I went back up there and then wouldn’t return my calls. 71st and Sheridan. They do an excellent job on the Works package. Worth the money and very good service.
Mr. Klean car wash on 71/Sheridan damaged my vehicle as you can see from the picture and they refuse to repair it. Instead they want to offer me a credit to the car wash equal to the damage repair, which is about $300-$400! Christian operated company too! I am outraged. They said there must have been damage already and they are not responsible... There was no damage, their car wash is too powerful and this is proof! If i could give them 0 stars I would! Beyond disappointed! ! My windows and mirrors look disgusting! I paid a fair amount of money and honestly if I would have known It was going to look this bad I wouldn't have paid, I took my chances and learned my lesson! These guys have one job and one job only and they couldn't even do that right! You can clearly tell they didn't do a very good job at vacuuming and cleaning the carpets. Don't recommend at all, and I will definitely never be going there again.
Wasnt too impressed with the full detail. Pretty average work.
They always do a great job & my car always smells so good.....
So disappointed. The detail job on my car was fine but having items taken from my car was not. I realize that you have signs posted about items left in the cars are not your responsibility but did you really need my breath spray, my coaster stone and my flower?
