my paint is ruined on my 2019 vehicle with just over 1k miles . They tried to tell me it wasn't them . They're not in a hurry to help and pretty sure they just dont care . My wife would like to thank you for scratching entire vehicle . Have pics of reciept and it going through the wash ect . First and last time ever .
Complete detail was great! When I checked in, she said it would be about an hour and a half. It was actually finished ahead of that estimate. They always do a great job!

bad service and to top it all off I got their detail package and when they was done I got in my car and there was pop splatter on my head cover and then tha detail guy gonna have tha nerve to act like he mad bout having to try to get it out then on top of all that they wanted me to sign a waiver for them to use a machine to get tha stain out when they tha ones did it tha start with I have to leave fast cause my louisi bayou blood was rising up so hell no take your car there at your own risk they may have been good at one tim... read more
Worst customer service my car didn’t even get clean all the mud it had I received it exactly how I took it and I paid 30dllrs and the lady in the front screamed at me when I went to pick up my car because I was 9min late .! Never again

WORST "DETAIL" I'VE EVER HAD. Paid for the $150 full detail package and got pressured to tip before I had even seen my car... As soon as I saw my car I asked for the rims to be wiped down as they were covered in black sludge. Came back out and they were barely wiped... starting from the front of the car -\-\- bugs still all over the front, honestly I am questioning if they even washed/wiped down the car, did not lift the hood to remove leaves, the cars logo on the front and back were covered in dirt and didn't get touched/de... read more
