Perfect. Rates are great, service is fast and friendly and best of all, all my junk is gone. Customer service is top notch, you can contact them via email or phone and they are very responsive.
The 2 young men that can out here were so polite and did such a wonderful job on the clean up. When we are ready for the next round of trash to haul off we will request they come back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
Fast, responsive to message for pick-up in town, small biz, and nice guys. I would use them again without a second thought. Friendly and you can tell they like their work and take pride.
The epitome of efficiency. Web site shows available times/days, you pick one and you're done. Follow up emails, follow up call that day and then a heads up call that the truck is on its way. That is service. And all I had to do was point out what to take and they did the rest. A tad expensive, but hey, I'll pay a premium for premium service.
Our empty lot in Hollywood had become a local dump for the homeless and lazy! We needed it cleared out ASAP as it was getting out of hand! We called Local Junk Removal Van Nuys as they were local and had the BEST price we were quoted. I didn't even have to be there! They came, They cleared out the lot and that was that!! Spring cleaning just got a new ally! I could never have gotten through all this junk without these guys! I wanted to ready my house for the Holidays and was at a loss until I called them! They came the SAME DAY!!!! My friend was there to help but with these guys I didn't even need her! They were fast, efficient and so professional I wished I had more stuff for them to come get! I know who I'll be calling next spring cleaning!!!
Great job cleaning out our garage! We had accumulated way too much junk over the years and it was time to get rid of almost everything! These guys were GREAT! They came out on time and had the job done very quickly. We were very pleased at the clean up job they did! 5 stars all the way!
