If you are a woman, or if you have any respect for women, do not use this business. They gave a very inaccurate quote and then treated my friend so disrespectfully. If a repair costs more than the quote, fine. That's the time for the business to be honest and give accurate information...not to lie and then make rude, misogynistic comments to a paying customer.
I'd like to thank Mr. Furnace for the quick response and Jeff was an informative and professional Tech. My place is comfortable again.
I was having problems with my furnace and found Mr. Furnace in the Save-On Magazine. I called the office and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Technicians were out to my house within hours and fixed the problem in no time. I will certainly call Mr. Furnace again and refer them to all of my friends.
