When I had a problem with another AC & Heating company, I called Mr. Furnace & spoke with Tony. Tony was so overwhelmed with installs that he apologized for not being able to do business with me. Yet, he always had time to answer my questions & take my phone calls. As a matter of fact, after the install of my new Trane XR14 4 ton by another company, he called to ask how things went. Called 3 places Thursday evening and no one wanted to come out till Tuesday. Tom came out very promptly the next afternoon and replaced our capacitor on the A/C. Took less than 20 minutes!! Thank you for such fast and friendly service, I will definitely recommend them!!!!

Tony and his entire company are great. We have been using them for years. Today woke up to no heat, called at 9 am Jeff (Tech) came out diagnosed the problem went grabbed the part and now we have heat again. All in the span of 3 hours. Honestly folks this is normal business practice of this company. They are an honest company who do business the right way. If i could give them a 10 Star rating i would.
My 33 year old furnace quit just before the holidays and the bitter cold. I called Tony at Mr. Furnace and they had someone out that evening to see what my problem was. Of course I needed a new unit but I was surprised at their concern for my well being and making sure I had a place to go until the new unit could be installed.
