RecommendedMr. Furnace has replaced a hot water tank, an AC unit and fixed my furnace. The office was very professional and thorough. The installers and service techs were on time and extremely courteous. They explained everything and gave me prices as they went. They even had to leave to get parts for one job and had someone drop off parts for another, which made me realize they went above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Mr Furnace! Not only being the son of the own, but during covid I had the chance to work for my father for the first time. I know nothing about HVAC. But I learned how hard my father works for his employees and costumers. I was proud to be part of my families business during these strange and difficult time. I know by first hand that Mr. Furnace treats his customers better then family.
They will not be up front about all issues so they can come back again and again and charge you crazy amounts to fix nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
They are reliable I have them do 4 houses of mine
We had our air conditioning break down in the middle of summer (This year) and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the equipment and warranty. We had them replace our furnace after the air conditioning. They were very aware of the COVID-19 concerns and made sure to stay 6 ft back and wore masks the whole time. We are very happy with the service we received.
I just had Mr Furnace install a new water heater. I have nothing but good things to say about the installer Jay He was very professional and explained everything to me. I will Use them again when it’s time for a new air conditioner. I will be asking for Jay to install it to. So Happy with the work
Trying to sue for leaving negative reviews...be very careful with this business. I will never ever go here and I will let everyone I know not to do business with this place
I just got off the phone with Mr Furnace and the owner and I just needed to share with you all how incredibly rude and unprofessional they were. From the moment I was transferred to him on a warranty inquiry, he immediately was raising his voice/yelling at me which was completely unnecessary as I wasn’t escalated in any way. He showed a complete disregard for client service and as you know, I hold that close to the chest. I’d hate for anyone to have to be treated so poorly, so head my warning and stay away.
