I called because my generator didn’t work and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Jordan was friendly and professional on the phone. They notified me when someone was on the way that morning and included a picture so I knew who to expect. Josh was right on time. He and Cody serviced the generator and were able to get it running again. Josh answered all my questions, even ones outside of the scope of this service. Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience!
They get on the job very quickly, are priced very reasonably, and to quality work. They are the only ones I call!
Found the company on Google. Every aspect of my dealings was top notch. Our electrician was Chris Monclova, and he was so great to let my husband tag along and explaining the steps he was processing. We then fully understood Chris's recommendations, and had the additional work done. We even joined the Mr. Electric Advantage Plan to cover our rental house as well. We're hanging on to this contractor!

I called Mr. Electric after reviewing online reviews, their price and rates. I called emergency service because fire department told us lights in parking lot & front of room entry has to be fixed or close the business. I was told on the phone it will be $175 plus repair. After 4 hours I received a call from Mr. Electric saying I will be charged 450 plus repair.
