I hardly ever give a five star review. I think it throws off the average, but Joe was an above average contractor. He was super polite, very knowledgeable, and did not mind a curious 39 year old guy asking him questions. He took the time to look at my old house's electrical situation and make some recommendations. He was not a pushy saleman trying to upsell need on the latest trends. My mother needed work done on a light above her kitchen sink and she called Mr Electric. My mother said that the technician that came out to fix her light was very pleasant and thorough in his job but she was a bit distraught over what it cost her. Initially I had an issue with the cost of the service. After we talked to the owner, I was completely satisfied with the way he resolved the issue. Thank you, Mr. Electric.
Tom did a great job. He had us going in no time. He was very friendly and efficient.
The technician was nice. That's about it. They overcharged the **** out us. They charged us $160 for a diagnostic, and $162 to replace one breaker. I thought it was going to be $162 total. When I tried to question the total the tech just stared at me and said sorry for the miss-communication... I had to go to work, so I had to sign and pay. When we called to complain the receptionist was very rude and blamed us for all the issues. We will never do business with them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.
The guy comes out, quotes me $2700.00 for adding a 15 amp beaker to my box. He gives me some lip service about being a member and this price was worse for non members LOL, yeah whatever. Needless to say I called another electrician and they did the same thing for 400 dollars! This type of action reminds me of those shady Lube and Oil places that want to sell you 200 dollar oil filters when you only came in for a 29.99 oil change! Stay away!
