Joe went above and beyond to figure out what was going on! I felt confident he knew exactly what he was doing and was being completely honest with me! I wish all service men seemed to care and takes the time that he does. I will definitely call him in the future if I have any other electrical issues!
Mr. Electric was very prompt for my appointment and was upfront about costs. After doing an inspection of all of our electrical systems they had some suggested upgrades/fixes and after we decided to have all of them done the work was completed quickly over the next day. We had a small problem with an outlet they had installed and they came back out and fixed it at no charge.
Jordan and Ivan were a great help when I was in need of electric repairs Ivan explained things so I could understand what was needed to correct my situation, well done Ivan. Jordan you were a great help in keeping me updated and appointed someone very quickly. You were on top of eveything. You both were ooutstanding . Thanks Cheryl R.
