I had an issue with a couple outdoor electric outlets that were corroded, not functioning and in need of repair. I discussed with Mr. Electric Of NW Houston's office representative to schedule an appointment to evaluate and quote. They had a technician available (Gilbert Galinato) in the area and he arrived within a couple of hours. Gilbert was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. Explained what was being very clearly. Also arrived at the time that he said he would be there and this was a big plus!!
Immediate response, very friendly and knowledgeable, able to address and fix our concerns with ease.
They did a great job but it was so expensive. It cost $150.00 just to have them come out. I had a simple problem that took 5 min, to fix. It was just way more expensive than it should have been. I'm sure they make most of their money on just showing up. A much larger job may make the cost more economical.
It was HALF what the first company charged, and Jeremy was utterly professional. Took 15 minutes. I'LL USE THEM AGAIN.
Installed Electrical Switches and Outlets. Arrived on time, was courteous, professional and completed the work the same day. Would use again.
