On time, professional, courteous and great work. Willing to work with customers. Gilbert Galinado, the electrician, was everything a service tech should be and more. Especially patient in trying to explain electronics to a woman. Kudos to Mr. Electric for hiring this man.
The technician, David, was knowledgeable and diligent.
They were very personable and professional
I had three lights installed, ceiling fan installed and switches repaired and replaced. All but ceiling fan was done by the same technician. Both techs were professional and trustworthy. I would recommend both of them and hire again.
Mister Electric called to let me know who my electrician was when he was about 45 minutes out, they also told me what color their van was which was a help. When Brandon arrived he was in uniform with his name on his shirt, his appearance was very professional and so was he. We showed him the damage DISH did when they installed our cable, he explained what he needed to do to fix it and why he choose where he did to fix this issue.
