The representative of Mr. Electricir ( Mr. Brendan) came before the schedule as I required and as it was promised by the Company. Very knowledgeable person and with willingness to describe all the necessary work and issues. The electrician spent 3hrs just to tell me what I already knew (I need a bigger breaker box or a sub-panel - that's what I had called for) and charged me $160 for it. He wouldn't put that towards the final cost if I had him do the work - and the estimate was outrageously high.

We were very impressed with the Technician Robert Velma Jr., He was Professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. He showed up on time and finished the job even though it was Friday afternoon and getting late.
Properly identified problem as an issue that a plumber would need to handle, not an electrician. No surprise costs, just trip fee that was originally quoted.
He was timely, affordable, and I'm happy with the service.
Electrician was on time, professional and took care of the problem very quickly.
