Price seemed high but this was a project at my elderly parents home .the technician was professional and knowledgeable my father was impressed. I didnt like one thing I had asked for a quote online late one night prior to consider hiring one your pros and the company called 3 times 1am,2am 230 am which I thought was odd. As of yet, Mr. Electric has not finished the job. The doorbell does not work, and the initial job did have the indoor chime as part of the electrical circuit. They are supposed to come and finish the job today (10/18/2019) but have not yet called to schedule. To not finish the job and then have me wait a week to resolve the issue is the poorest form of customer service I have ever experienced. I am stunned that Home Advisor would recommend them. Electrician that came over was professional, very friendly, Very informative, and was very helpful. The job was done in a timely manner.
The service was done professionally and in a timely manner. The electrician was very knowledgeable, courteous, proficient, and very personable. He competed all of the work to our complete satisfaction.
