So my review is accurate based on what I experienced with this company. Sorry if I come across as not being very pleased. I hired this company twice, and on both instances, the work was done very poorly. The first time, I was charged $300.00 to install a faucet on a utility sink in the basement and I had to have them come back because the sink was not level at all. Mr. Bolton, I am very sorry that you did not have a good experience. We came out for you a year ago to install a vanity in your bathroom. We understand when you remodel a bathroom, the project may require multiple visits to the home. We had to come back after the vanity install to adjust the vanity to the new flooring. You called again to have your toilet repaired. We sometimes have 2 people in a truck at times because some jobs entail the need for a second person, especially when something heavy needs to be moved. Outstanding work! Outstanding Price! I?m am beside myself with excitement! 1 monster chandelier installed that took 3 men and hours of tedious work and patience. 2 other chandeliers moved/installed that were hung to perfection. If I could have hugged and kissed those men 100 times...I would have. Thank you so much... I?ll be telling everyone I know that Mr. Electric is the place to call!!!
Aside from the fact that the crew arrived 30 mins past the promised 2 hr window, the work was done in a timely and professional manner.
