They did a great job and were very professional and cordial. Their price I thought was rather high especially considering they were there for maybe 30 minutes
Reliable and do great work
It was a fairly simple job to replace a dimmer switch, but the young man who arrived to do the job, did it very fast and very efficiently. He knows his stuff and only 25 years old. Very pleasing personality.
He was very nice and polite. He checked everything out and found my problem for me. The service charge seemed steep for just checking out the problem but unfortunately I had to have the township fix the problem for me.
They showed up on time and did a great job installing my microwave. I would recommend them to others.
scheduled late in the afternoon and technician arrive the next morning. diagnosed fixed the problem. price was exactly what was quoted over the phone.

I hired them to install two fixtures. They had someone visit beforehand to look at the one that was on a two story ceiling so they would have the right equipment. They came to install, and did not have the equipment to install that fixture. They said they would call to reschedule, and I never heard from them again. I contacted another pro, and they are doing it for less than half of the quoted price from Mr Electric.

Hello Sir! You had us come out to install a light fixture. One on a regular size ceiling and one on a 2 story ceiling. Unfortunately, when we came out for you, it looked like the ceiling was 2 1/2 stories and we needed a much larger ladder in order to complete your installation. We notified you that the price would be more since it was above our standard and sent out a quote.
