Fast service, great customers service and repairman was respectful and worked efficiently.

It was a good experience. David was a very competent and friendly electrician and he did an excellent job. I have no complaints about the work or service. BUT your prices are through the roof. All I needed was a door bell transformer and it cost me almost $300. Not fair. Work was great and I received prompt service but I do not recommend only because of the high price! Nice friendly service man; good clean worker.
They were willing to send someone right away that's what I liked about that they have just arrived so I will rate them when they determine what needs to be done
Responded very quickly after I posted the work I needed and was able to come out the very next day even though it was not an emergency. The technician was well knowledgeable regarding his field, polite, and explain all aspects of the work that needed to be done. Would recommend Mr. Electric for electrical work that needed to be done.
The actual work that the technician did was PERFECT! He was on time and walked me through it, then we agreed and he started working and didn't stop until it was all done. I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their work! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. I was less satisfied with the process to get them to call me back.
