I worked through Costco auto buying program. Preapproved my credit, which is excellent. Was told my purchase price was 23,700 and walked out financing a price of 29k. Every time I go into this place, they always are professional, kind and very accommodating. This morning was no different. As I got a cup of coffee, I was approached by Robert regarding the chips in my windshield. He quickly called my insurance folks for me, found out I have glass coverage and set it all up for me to have it replaced as I’m getting my other concerns looked at. I will always recommend this bunch!
I recommend Earnhatdt Ford in Chandler to anyone looking for a new or used car even if you have credit problems. I worked with Johnny Dorscht and Taylor Carter in the Mr. Ed Department and who went over and beyond. They were patient and answered all my questions.
Derrick was awesome. There was a mix up with the vehicle we were buying. We showed up to pick it up and it did not have the options on it we were supposed to have. Derrick was quick to react and get every thing sorted out. After a long day it was nice that Derrick and the team came together to get everything fixed. Even with the mix up it was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have had.
