Quick Lane service is fast, efficient, with friendly, helpful service staff, and quality work.
Don’t buy a vehicle from here. Service department has been terrible. 6 months been getting run around on a recall issue with my truck, and they want me to pay for transportation to and from their dealership so they can have my vehicle overnight to fix the defect in the vehicle they sold. I asked for a loaner. Apparently Ford doesn’t reimburse them for a loaner. I guess it’s worth losing any referral business over. This isn’t the only poor experience with Service here. Bought the car in late 2004 and always taken it back for exclent service. Still getting my service done at Earnhardt’s. Very plesent people and always willing to service my needs. I have always given a 10 to my Service person. They go beyond service
I recommend the service dept and Ron Q as a sales person. They helped my to fix my current Ford and looked at getting me into another one at a price I could afford. If your looking for a new or used car ask for Ron Q and you will be surprised at what they can do.
Oil coupons for ford customer. Kevin & staff in quick service was very professional servicing me .
