Val did a great job in the Quick Lane. In and out with no issues.
I worked with Max Z. over the phone while I was out of town. I let him know when I would be coming into the dealership and he had everything prepared and ready to go when I arrived including the vehicle. Everything that had been discussed prior was delivered as promised. There were no games when I got there. He really went above and beyond to get me the deal I needed and made the process of buying a new vehicle that much easier. They sell you a vehicle tell you to take it home that come in morning to sign papers. When you go to sign papers bam they want you to pay more money. When you say no that means no vehicle. Biggest Scam artist around
Scheduled a service appointment a week ago for a transmission software recall and 10k service. It's all in the appointment - they knew what was coming. I dropped the vehicle off at the scheduled time, 12:00pm 9/17. They have had my vehicle for over 24 hours and haven't bothered looking at it. Seriously. Haven't bothered AT ALL. Not sure WTF the necessity of an appointment is just to let my vehicle sit on their lot. It's not like the vehicle needed a vacation from my garage. This is seriously lousy service.

Great service, I made a mistake and went to Firestone for an oil change and it was a disaster. Never again and Earnhardt Ford was cheaper.
