The service was great. I bought the truck at Earnhardt 18 years ago. Have always taken it in for service. In a couple of instances they went above and beyond. The people are very courtest and helpful.
Can I give them a 1/2 star ? Ron a salesman who apparently has been scamming people for 25 years struck again. I came in a month ago and negotiated a deal on leasing a new explorer. We settled on me having to come back so that my other lease was finished. Here I am one month later and now they won’t honor this deal. One guy is telling me leasing specials got better while Ron is telling me they changed and would increase my payment by $100/month.
