They changed the numbers on my daughter. Sent her home with an empty jump drive stating the paperwork they signed was on there. They are charging her 11, 000 more dollars than what was agreed upon at the dealership. Everyone they dealt with was very pushy. Don't give them your keys or driver's license, they will hold them hostage until you buy.
Everyone was so nice. My service advisor, Khristopher kept me informed every step of the way. I really liked that I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Prices aren’t bad either! Got their car wash as well, and my truck looks amazing! Thank you Earnhardt Ford! I’ll definitely be back!
First time experience for an oil change! Love fast lane only took about 1 hour to complete not all day like the last dealership I work with! Love my New Ford Explorer and definitely will be back!
Manager is rude and condescending! Walked in ready to buy a Ford Raptor, feel lots of bull from the no bull dealership, sales person had more class and respect then management! “We’ve been in business since, blah blah!” Likely not going to stay forever! Test drive also denied! Stay well clear of these guys!
Had a very positive experience purchasing a Mustang from Earnhardt Ford in Chandler; Tony was the salesman. Also, returned to check on something and were very impressed with their customer-focused service department, which is organized to be efficient and convenient for the customer. (Oh they provide snacks and beverages while you wait for service :). Now that poor Arizona Mustang is in Michigan and covered with snow. Too bad :(
Earnhardt Ford hands down the best around since I was a little kid watching that ain’t no bull commercials awesome!!! Went in for a simple service and had an awesome experience! Shout outs to my man Derrick Bunting #boss
