I bought a 2015 Focus Titanium new from this dealer. This car has a bad transmission in it, which Ford has been sued over. Their service department pretends to not know about this and says that it wouldn't be covered by warranty. They will charge you for warranty work and lie about what your warranty covers. They also do not offer loaner vehicles and will make you pay the onsite Enterprise office to rent a car. I took my car to another dealer and they honored the warranty and fixed it for free. I went to the website looking for info on a new F-150. They called the next day saying "there is a $15,000 add-on ON TOP of the MSRP". Do yourself a favor and steer clear of the BULL.
Worst Customer Service ever, not once but twice, I know my fault for going back the second time... not a friendly/inviting service..
My mans Derrick Buting over at Earnhardt Ford took care of me, and gave me the best customer service I could ask for. Excellent college student program!
Excellent customer service... We received constant communication while our car was in service. And they are very efficient during the process of getting a loaner and turning in a loaner... one of the scariest things about investing in a car is wondering how the service will be later if something goes wrong. I would highly recommend Earnhardt Ford!
To long a wait. Appt at 7am , didn't get in until 3 hours after scheduled appt. Won't go back.
