Our family had a great buying experience at Earnhardt Ford on I-10 and Ray. We were honest upon arrival that we were deciding between two different vehicles...a Ford and a Toyota and were just there to test drive the Ford. Michael Jackson answered all our questions, but was not pushy. We returned a couple of days later and purchased the Ford. Everyone on the staff was very helpful during the process especially Michael Jackson! Thanks
Was traveling out of town and needed an oil change. Earnhardt Ford got me right in, was done in a jiffy and I was back on the road again in no time. Great service and friendly staff.
The service department is terrible, nothing but a bunch of runaround, lies and wait.

Hated the thought of needing to take my Ford in for warranty work, but Earnhardt completely surprised me. After checking in, I was back on my way within minutes with a nearly free rental to use until my work was completed. Upon delivery my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go!
