I bought a 2012 2500 dodge hd with a cummins diesel. When we bought it they told us they were giving us paint protection as well as a bed liner after reviewing the paperwork after it was signed come to find out they charged us for both items instead of giving us both as we agreed upon before. Within 1 week of owning the truck we had to replace both batteries and alternator. My wife and I have proudly bought our 5th vehicle from the Earnhardt dealerships. For the 2nd time it was from the Ford location and we had Windy as our saleswoman. She was wonderful and very patient. She worked with us for 2 days and was there through phone, text and in person. She sat with us through the whole time while waiting on our decision as well as through all of the paperwork. I highly recommend her as your guide and confidante through the Earnhardt experience.
