Today I drove home with my second Ford purchase from Earnhardt Ford. Loved my last car. Love the new car. Wonderful experience in every way. Can you imagine? From a car dealer? Yes, they've got it down. Everyone treats you with professionalism and respect. No hard sell.
I am not sure how you can sell vehicles when your your sales folks don't follow through (Antonio Villanueva and his partner Cory). I received an email from them on a vehicle search I was doing and called out to Antonio witch he was not in the store at the time so he had cory call me who said he would get in touch with Antonio and get back to me. never received a call back. Great service and an amazing $15 car wash that they do the inside of your car my car looked fantastic and the service was amazing and quick through the quick Lane.

Earnhardt Ford Service Department is very organized and the staff on the service drive very courteous, it's nice to be able to do business with a company of this caliber.
went here just to look and had the best experience here at the I-10 and Ray Rd location . yes walked out getting a car and Anthony was there helping anyway possible. He did everything possible to get me a great deal and didn't feel pressured into anything it was pretty mych about what i wanted and needed. been having minor things wrong since getting the car and called in to let them know they were very accommodating in the service department. and even gave me a rental till mine is fixed.
