As a vegan, this is the only ice cream I will eat! My fave flavor since childhood has always been orange chocolate chip..thank Dewey! They sell in my neighborhood in Oakland, on Park Blvd..I believe the owner is a resident??
I have to be gluten-free and let me tell you, their mint chip cookie hit the spot! So many of the sweet treats I may crave from time to time fall very short of expectation in regards to taste, consistency, and not health value. Mr. Dewie's plant-based gluten-free and vegan treats are the best I've had. You need to try the green tea ice cream, as well...trust me.
I just moved to El Cerrito an was walking around when i glanced over an found this amazing place. ...I'm paleo...an just found out i had arthritis....so i chose tumeric...it was delicious...just like gelato..much better than any other non dairy! It's my new place to go on my days off...� YUMMY
I moved to Albany 3 days ago and I just solidified my decision to stay because of this vegan ice cream. Best thing since sliced bread.
