I went through Mr.C’s car wash in Lake Orion, MI this morning and they tore up my NEW Truck!!! Of course they deny it. $16.00 for complete exterior. And I get “nope didn’t happen here.
Told the guy when I checked in that the last time I was here, I got home and my car was still dirty. Today, I paid for Bill’s Best & my mats to be cleaned. Got home and my mats weren’t washed and my car was just as dirty as when I got there inside. Extremely disappointed.
Cmon. 32$ and a 3$ tip. Car should be spotless. Salt still everywhere. I’d put pics on here but can’t. Waste of money.
Had gift card I purchased and was so disappointed in the job. The full service job was horrible! Looks like they didn’t even vacuum and windows are all snuggly! Don’t waste your time or money!
I usually go to Mr. C's on Hayes in Clinton Twp but I was on my way home from work so I stopped at this location. Staff very friendly. However my Jeep's interior was still dusty, windows were streaked, mirrors were not blown out and just multiple areas not dried off. I paid for my usual $25.00 wash also. Will not be using this location again!
Very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I went to this full service car wash after noticing how dusty my dashboard had become. After paying for The Works - a total interior/exterior cleaning - I noticed that the dashboard, center console, and doors were left completely untouched and my windows were streaky. Will not be returning.
The quality has gone way down. Just got a bills best and nobody even touched my dashboard. Nobody ever wipes doors down. Have been hundreds of times over the years and looks like it time to find somewhere else unfortunately
First experience and will be the last. Lazy job, no effort!!! Spoke with Bill, and he just kept saying "I don't know what to tell you". Regular inside job not even attempted. Dashboard dusty, vents horrible, dog hair still on back seats...TRYING TO PUSH $200 DETAIL ISN'T BUSINESS!! I understand that 100% of dog hair won't be removed. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WILL contact the BBB TODAY!!!
