RecommendedGot an interior/exterior car wash Friday, 7/31/20. Great job except they DIDN'T CLEAN my dashboard, steering column, speedometer area & glove compartment front. Next time I'll have to really look before driving off. I got The Works for $26.00.
Today I brought my Jeep to Mr. C’s Harper Woods location. I paid for the $32 service and when I got into my car it was empty bottles and trash still In my cup holders front and back. The cubby under my dash was not wiped. Also was trash on my back seat. When I asked if there were somewhere that I can put the trash that was left in the car the guy then asked “Oh is it any more trash in there” like didnt just finish “Cleaning” the car? Today I took my car in. They said in the past if the car was too dirty they would run it through again. We were just at the apple orchard so there is thick mud on the car. The manager argued with me that it was paint. The customer service has gotten terrible.
I paid for the most expensive wash today for my Mercury Mariner, Bill’s Best, $32 and I came home thoroughly disgusted. When I arrived I asked for special attention to the cup holders and the lady flagged the car for extra attention which was great. At the end, I checked the cup holders etc and the guy gave a brief wipe and said if you want more maybe you should pay for detailing. I used to LOVE Mr Cs car wash in Grosse pointe. They had always done a spectacular job but this morning? I’m severely disappointed. For $25 ($30 with tip) I expected so much better from you.
absolutely horrible service...and workmanship...I really don't think they did anything!..car was actually worse then when I brought it..37 dollars and a 10 dollar tip....for nothing..Sam the manager doesn't even care...did nothing !..said ilk give you a couple free car washes...I declined ..no thank you..y would I wanna go there again...I'd be better off waiting for the rain!..who ever ownes this place..should clean house and get some structure..passionate and dedicated personell and manager...what a joke!
Just left and looked at my doors Paid them for interior and exterior and they don’t even wipe my doors or glove box down.
My car is always dirty still post wash No matter what level of car wash I get. With Bill’s Best you’re supposed to get spray wax applied after the wash but how can you apply spray wax to a car that still has dirt on it. Inside my vehicle there’s a smear and smudge marks still on the windows because they were not done correctly nor were my door jams and other areas of the vehicle.
