Up until today, i regularly brought two cars here to be washed. Another customer cut in front of a long lineup of cars for the full service (i was next in line) and no one did anything about it. I let the manager know that he cut in front of me and the five cars behind me and he was "spoken to", but his car got serviced well before all the others he cut in front of. Nice management. I am pretty sure that the cars behind me will never come back. I certainly won't.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of this automatic car wash. Half of the driver side was left dirty. Waste of time and money.
The team provides great customer service. I feel confident when bringing my vehicles here. I recently had an antenna break off while traveling through their wash. From the start of my report to the completion of my repair the team was amazing. Thank you for the superior service.
